The Competitors
Based on my research, Google has many competitors around the globe. Yahoo, AOL, Disney, MSN and more are some of their main competitors. Aside from those company You Tube, Blogger, Picasa, Talk and more are just the subsidiary features of Google Inc wherein we always used it as our sources for entertainment and communication. Therefore, as the information technology spread throughout the country, Google becomes the no. 1 most viewed and used here in the Philippines.
IT in Google
Obviously Google used I.T. based softwares and programs. In which, they use computer hardware and software as their business on the industry. Without these technology, Google couldn't be exist in the world wide web. In other words, Google used Information Technology to enhance their company for the success of their business.
On the Market
As one of the end-user, Google seems to be the largest company I knew. Moreover, still there some much better companies rather than Google. But based on what I have seen now on the computer industry, Google is commonly used by the Filipino People and that includes me. You Tube and this Blogger is some of Google's services for the users. In general, Google become more competitive now a days as the computer industry growth increased.

Like these new features: Froogle - Shopping, Google Local - Find something close to home, Search by Number - Searching as easy as 1,2,3, Numrange Search - What range are you looking in?, Google Image Search - Picture this: more than 880 million images, Google Labs - Preview the future of search and lastly, Google Toolbar - Keep Google with you always. As a matter of fact, those new Google Features is not yet known by the users but still they realesed their new services to become more competitive and more unique than the other company.
Uniqueness
Google becomes more unique as they improve their services to the people. With those new services and new features, we become more literate on computer industry and more advantage in our needs. Therefore, google shows different services against the other companies.
